Countries Commit to White Roofs, Potentially Offsetting the Emissions of Over 300 Power Plants
Industrial facilities and commercial buildings account for almost 30 percent and 9 percent of global energy end use, respectively. By changing how energy is managed, facilities can achieve significant energy efficiency, conserving 10 percent to 40 percent of energy.
The Global Superior Energy Performance Partnership (GSEP) is working to accelerate energy efficiency improvements throughout industrial facilities and large buildings and to significantly cut global energy use.
