STEMNET is a United Kingdom-wide organization that encourages young people to understand the excitement and importance of STEM in their lives and introduces related career opportunities. STEMNET runs a nationwide network of more than 20,000 volunteers (STEM Ambassadors) from science, engineering, and technical companies or academia who work with schools across the United Kingdom to raise awareness of STEM careers and subjects among children.
