This report stresses the need for energy access and provides information about relevant tools. Collaboration in development, the identification of market needs, and delivery are all a part of the authors’ methods. While not policy-focused, the authors allude to policy tools that can benefit the growth of energy access, including grants and rebates, feed-in tariffs, education, and credit enhancements.
