Bridging the Divide Between Poverty Reduction and Climate Change Through Sustainable and Innovative Energy Technologies

This study seeks to make the case for addressing the divide between poverty reduction and climate change and to highlight the need for systematic linkages between poverty reduction and future global efforts related to mitigation and adaptation. The study recommends that policymakers embrace a new development paradigm that links climate change, poverty reduction, and energy access and provides recommendations for effective funding strategies to address these issues in tandem.
