Developed as part of the work of the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency, this report summarizes existing research on the relationship between energy efficiency and demand response. It discusses the coordination of energy efficiency and demand response programs, with a particular focus on current practices and opportunities. It also discusses barriers to coordinating these two types of programs.
