Summary of Ratepayer-Funded Electric-Efficiency Impacts, Budgets, and Expenditures

This report summarizes the financial expenditures among states (within the United States) to enact energy efficiency programs and to successfully deploy energy efficiency technologies. It also provides a state-by-state overview of energy efficiency policies and calculates the impacts on energy savings from existing policies.
