Dave Carey

Mr. Carey has more than 30 years of experience in the clean energy industry. His particular expertise includes energy efficiency financing program design and implementation for the residential, MUSH and commercial markets. Prior to joining HB&C, he administered federally funded energy programs with a Community Action Program, developed the performance contracting/energy services business with Johnson Controls, expanded DMC’s services to the commercial sector and developed unsecured and secured, single family and multifamily finance products/programs for energy efficiency at Fannie Mae.
