Faezeh Mosallat

Faezeh Mosallat is Project Engineer for the RETScreen Clean Energy Management Software at Natural Resources Canada’s CanmetENERGY research centre in Varennes. As part of the development team, Faezeh is responsible for developing different Energy models. She has been involved in developing the cogeneration model in the RETScreen Expert software. Before joining NRCan, Faezeh worked as a mechanical engineer in the power generation, energy efficiency and renewable energy sectors. She also has experience in modeling of renewable energy systems such as combined heating, cooling and power using concentrated solar thermal technology. She is specialized in developing methods and algorithms to simulate and analyze engineering problems including thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid flow. Faezeh obtained her Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
