Ryan Cook

Ryan Cook provides technical assistance and expert consulting services in the areas of renewable energy program development and implementation. Mr. Cook has specific expertise in policy cost and cost-benefit modeling and analysis, models of community-based renewable energy programs (such as Solarize and Community Distributed Generation), and mini-grid regulatory structures, among other topics. He has supported the development of clean energy programs in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, and he has consulted for clients including the U.S. Department of Energy, World Bank, USAID and GIZ. He holds a Masters in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Sociology from Reed College.
