The ECOdriving: Widespread Implementation for Learner Drivers and Licensed Drivers (ECOWILL) project/website aims to reduce carbon emissions by up to 8 Mt until 2015 by boosting the application of smarter and more fuel efficient driving across Europe. The project will roll out training programs for licensed drivers in 13 European countries.
