Crowd/Social Funding
Crowd or social funding enables pooling of several small investments, including through social networks, and it can take the form of equity, debt or mezzanine finance as well as donations. Equity investments can take the form of shares at set prices and with minimum purchase amounts. Crowd funding is often facilitated through online platforms.
