This collection of interactive maps present biomass potentials in eight African countries for energy, as well as non-energy uses. The maps aggregate data from multiple high quality sources to 1) present areas that are suitable for biomass production for energy, 2) present areas that are suitable for biomass production for other uses, and 3) exclude land that is not available or not suitable for inclusion in future bioenergy land use scenarios.
