Set and Save with Energy Star

The EPA Energy Star program has created a video for understanding programmable thermostats, how to select one of three different types of residential programmable thermostats and how to program for a domestic property to save energy depending on demand and schedules. Winter settings should drop 8 degrees F while away and go up 7 degrees F in the summer.
