This report highlights the impact of ongoing energy transitions and decarbonization efforts on the job landscape within the energy sector. To address the shift from traditional energy sectors to clean energy initiatives, there is a need for new educational, certification, vocational training programs, and upskilling initiatives for the existing workforce. The report features case studies from various countries that demonstrate successful skills development programs aimed at preparing the current workforce for energy transitions.
